Lee Daniels' Fox musical drama is now filming its second season. The series tells the story of a girl named Star (Jude Demorest) who travels to Atlanta with her sister Simone (Brittany O'Grady) and spoiled rich girl Alexandra (Ryan Destiny) to try to become famous as a girl group. Queen Latifah portrays Star and Simone's godmother.
What are they looking for?
The following roles are being filled:
Night club patrons: African-American men and women over 21 (Subject: "Night club")
Strip club patrons: Men over the age of 21 for a strip club scene (Subject: "Strip Club")
Bouncers: Men over the age of 21, at least 6'2" (Subject: "Night club")
Pole dancers: Women over 18 who have experience dancing on a pole (Subject: "Pole")
Dancers: African-American women over 18 with curvy figures who are able to twerk. (Subject: "Twerk")
When are they filming?
Filming will take place on July 19.
How much does it pay?
Pay is $68 for the first eight hours with overtime pay after that.
