Days after she received the blessing of the church, the offical portraits of Princess Charlotte and her royal family have been released.

Kensington Palace posted the photos, taken by Mario Testino, which show the little girl's grandparents and great grandmother Queen Elizabeth on its official Instagram account.

Testino was Princess Diana's favorite photographer, The Mirror reported. He also did William and Kate's engagement photo.

A close-up of Princess Charlotte shows the detail of the christening gown worn by other members of her family. It was a replicaof a gown worn by royal babies since 1841, The Mirror reported.

Princess Charlotte was christened on July 5 and has five godparents: the Honorary Laura Fellowes, Adam Middleton, Sophie Carter, James Meade and Thomas van Straubenzee, Harpers Bazaar reported. Fellowes is Prince William's cousin. Middleton is the Duchess' cousin. Carter is her friend, while Meade and van Straubenzee are friends of the prince.

The princess was baptized at the Mary Magdalene Church on the Sandrigham Estate with holy water from the River Jordan. Christians believe Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the river, Harpers Bazaar reported.
