Johns Creek fire officials confirmed Tuesday the name of a woman who died in a house fire early Monday morning.

Debra Ann "Dusty" Segars, 59, died in the fire at her split-level house, which was reported shortly before 6 a.m. No one else was in the house at the time.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

A preliminary investigation found no signs of foul play. The specific cause of the fire has not been determined.

Investigators believe there were no working smoke alarms at the home.

Johns Creek fire Chief Jeff Hogan told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that once the fire was knocked down, crews found the victim dead in the living room area, about 15 feet from the front door.
