Report: Couple arrested for having sex on Chipotle roof

For one Delaware couple, the spicy food at Chipotle just wasn’t enough.

According to USA Today, witnesses reported seeing Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, having sexual intercourse on the roof of a Chipotle restaurant.

When police arrived and ordered the couple to stop, it reportedly took approximately 20 seconds for the couple to obey the officer’s orders.

Reports indicate that Suh lives nearby and owns another restaurant in the same complex as Chipotle.

The pair were charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, loitering, resisting arrest and conspiracy. Both were later released on $1,800 unsecured bail. Suh had no comment upon his release, saying his attorney had advised him against speaking to the media.
