Bjorn caught the attention of residents in Carlton, Nottinghamshire, in England, on Sunday.

According to BBC, Bjorn was able to slip out of his rope and run through the streets of the city.

"I think someone beeped their horn, and it startled the reindeer, then it just started running away," said Tony Morris, a nearby resident, to Nottingham Post.

The 5-year-old reindeer wasn’t loose for long.

"He was caught within 10 minutes and was able to attend the event calm and relaxed," said Nathan Anderson-Dixon, director of The Animal Company to BBC.

After the event, Bjorn rested in his stable.
