A Kentucky man apparently had a bone to pick with his father, but there was problem. His father died nearly four decades ago.
Police said Michael May was arrested after he was found digging up the grave of his father in Stanford, Kentucky, WLEX reported.
May told police that his father died about 40 years ago, but he wanted to have an argument with him, WLEX reported.
His friends told police that they were afraid what May would have done if police had not caught him in the act.
May was charged with violating a grave, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
