Former NFL star wide receiver Antonio Brown is in trouble with the law again.
According to Hollywood, Florida, police, an unidentified victim is claiming that Brown and the athlete’s trainer, Glen Holt, assaulted him Tuesday afternoon outside Brown’s home inside a gated community.
Police arrested Holt, who has been charged with one count of burglary and battery.
In a Tuesday evening statement, police said they have unsuccessfully been able to locate Brown himself.
Brown has not been charged or arrested. A police spokesperson told a local reporter on the scene that officers attempted to speak with Brown during their investigation, but the athlete allegedly locked himself inside his home and refused to speak with them.
A large police presence was reported outside Brown’s home Tuesday afternoon.
Brown, 31, has been out of the league since the New England Patriots released him in September amid a lawsuit citing sexual assault. That was shortly after a head-scratching training camp with the Raiders, who traded for the former Steelers star during the offseason but parted ways before he played in a regular season game.
Brown recently had a workout with the New Orleans Saints, which he later called a publicity stunt on social media.
The NFL is investigating Brown after a lawsuit was filed by his former trainer, Britney Taylor, alleging she was sexually assaulted by Brown on several occasions. Brown also was accused of sexual misconduct at his home by an artist who was working there in 2017.
Brown's home is located in a gated community in Hollywood where neighbors told ESPN they've been fed up with the antics coming from the Brown home.
Last week, Brown's agent Drew Rosenhaus conditionally terminated his relationship with him until the wide receiver seeks counseling.
