These Companies Are Hiring for Partially Remote Jobs

Remote jobs have skyrocketed over the past year as more employers have sought to accommodate the workforce’s changing needs.

Job search website FlexJobs recently released a report on the rise of hybrid (partially remote) jobs.

What Is a Hybrid Work Schedule?

A hybrid work schedule requires you to be in the office some of the time — but not all of it.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, companies have been trying to strike a balance between productivity, flexibility and safety. While some companies have required that their employees return to the office, others have decided to go all-remote. Still others have sought a hybrid combination of the two.

As a FlexJobs blog post on the subject artfully puts it: "Just as no two workplaces are the same, no two companies will approach hybrid work the same."

"This job market we're in right now is weirdly distorted," money expert Clark Howard said recently on his podcast. "There are employers looking for millions of workers, jobs going unfilled, many that pay really good salaries. The problem? The employers can't match people up with the skills they need to have."

No matter what kind of job you're seeking, when you use job search sites like Monster.com, Indeed and even LinkedIn, make sure you list your skills in your profile. That's one of the things that recruiters look for.

FlexJobs is a job search website that focuses on identifying legitimate job postings, but it’s not free. The service charges $14.95/month because a real person reviews every single job posting to help you avoid bogus listings and scams. If you are interested in any of the jobs on this list, try visiting the specific company’s job site directly or read this article from Team Clark before you sign up for FlexJobs.
