Henry County police are searching for a suspect accused of shooting someone to death at a gas station in Stockbridge early Monday morning — the second homicide at a gas station in the county since Friday.
According to a Facebook post from the Henry County Police Department, the most recent homicide took place just before 2 a.m. Monday at a Raceway on Ga. 138. The post shows security photos of the suspect brandishing a gun, but his face is obscured by a hood and a black mask.
A few days earlier, 21-year-old Quintarus James Jackson was arrested and charged in the shooting death of a man at a QuikTrip on Jonesboro Road, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
Anyone with information about the man shown in the photos released by Henry police is asked to call 911 or contact the department directly. Police are requesting that no one approach the suspect as he is considered armed and dangerous.
