Close to 60,000 early voters for Georgia’s July 22 runoff

Number of ballots cast: 59,074

Number of ballots voted in person:41,177

Number of mail-in ballots returned: 17,897

Number of mail-in ballots outstanding: 16,652

Number of ballots cast, Republican: 43,896

Number of ballots cast, Democratic: 14,902

Number of ballots cast, Nonpartisan: 276
