Report: Athens man indicted for having unprotected sex with woman

An HIV-positive Athens man has been indicted for allegedly having unprotected sex with a woman two years ago, according to onlineathens.com.

Ricky Billings, 53, was charged with felony reckless conduct for allegedly having sexual relations with a 32-year-old woman in July 2013, according to the news report.

Billings had sex with the woman on multiple occasions without disclosing that he was HIV-positive, according to the arrest warrant the website cited.

Billings “did … intentionally have unprotected sexual intercourse on multiple occasions with the victim without disclosing the fact that he was HIV positive,” according to the warrant.
