Photos: Fulton County Sheriff says, 'This jail represents an old way of thinking'
As Fulton Sheriff Patrick Labat led a tour of the perpetually overcrowded county jail, inmates yelled from their holding cells, “Shut this place down!” From overcrowding to the jail’s generally poor condition, the sheriff says, “This jail represents an old way of thinking.”
