The recent shootings at a FedEx facility in Kennesaw left six employees injured, including an unarmed security guard who was critically wounded. The attacks instantly revived questions about arming security guards in our workplaces. Today, a security expert writes about the complexities businesses face when considering armed protection, while a gun-rights advocate criticizes what he says are “pretend” gun-free zones at schools and many places of employment.
