CHRISTIAN, Jr., Benjamin

Benjamin Franklin Christian Jr., 70, passed away on August 5, 2024. An Atlanta native, Ben was born on December 16, 1953, to Margaret "Peggy" and Benjamin Christian, Sr. Ben graduated from The Westminster Schools ('72), Vanderbilt University ('76), and earned a Master's of Accounting from The Georgia Institute of Technology ('79). He began his career at The Coca-Cola Company before dedicating 37 years to Southern Company. He leaves behind his daughter, Emily; sister, Colleen Doss; and golden retriever, Chloe. A service will be held on August 31, 1 PM at Peachtree Christian Church. Visitation with family will begin at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Peachtree Christian Heritage Fund or The Humane Society.
