Kitten rescued from car grill after seeking shelter from rain
Recent rainy days in South Florida have caused headaches for humans, but they aren’t the only ones affected. The soggy weather has taken its toll on animals as well.
A crew from the Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue was called to rescue a kitten that sought shelter in the hood of a Toyota RAV4, Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesman Mike Jachles said Tuesday in a tweet.
Engine 14 arrived to find the soaked kitten peeking through the SUV’s grill. Firefighters were able to safely remove the small cat.
