A Connecticut woman is facing an assault charge after authorities said she attacked her neighbor with an unusual weapon – a bottle of steak sauce.

According to WTNH, police said Patricia Knotts, 56, got into an argument with her neighbor, a 55-year-old woman, early Saturday at a Hamden home. During the dispute, Knotts hit the woman's head with the bottle, police said.

WTNH reported that the neighbor "was bleeding profusely" when first responders arrived. She was treated at a nearby hospital.

Hamden police arrested Knotts on an assault charge. Her bond was set at $1,500.
