A Portland, Maine, woman has brought her cat Internet fame after posting a video of him digging for treats gained millions of views.
Deirdre Fleming stored her dog's treats in a top cabinet above her microwave in her house.
Her boyfriend, David Stires, caught their cat, Bear, dangling from the cabinet after he jumped up and opened it to get to the treats and got it on video.
The Jan. 13 Facebook video has over 10 million views.
Fleming, who writes for Portland Press Herald, wrote about her experience with a viral video herself.
She said the amazing feat isn't unusual for the food-driven cat, and he often engages in what she says is monkey-like behavior to get to food.
"Our neighbor, Jeanne Smaha, who watches him when we're away, finds all manner of things Bear has pulled from the cabinets," Fleming wrote. "She doesn't know how he does it."
Fleming said the cat she rescued as a feral kitten eight years ago doesn't just raid cabinets.
"He once opened a locked food tray that was weighted down with a 12-pound dumbbell, in the hope of making it Bear-proof."

Nothing. Stops. The Creature.
Let this video serve as proof once and for all. Nice cinematography David Stires!
