John Loveless, 59, was arrested after the body of Tamra Turpin was discovered in a condo. She had been strangled, according to authorities. Loveless reportedly told Turpin's relatives that she had suffered seizures the day before she died.

Former President Jimmy Carter announced in church Sunday that he would no longer be taking cancer treatments because he didn't need them. Carter, 91, said the cancer had disappeared and that a magnetic resonance imaging scan showed that "I didn't need any more treatment, so I'm not going to have any more treatments."
