Oh the problems with Target. We've all been there. You run into Target for just one thing, then you hit the dollar spot, or the home decor area and your gallon of milk turned into a $300 shopping bill.

Now there's another issue, not just at Target but at other stores, that has been popping up over the world: People who either don't realize that all stores don't offer those small rolling shopping baskets, or the ones who just don't care and adapt the entire basket storage rack into their personal shopping assistant.
