After being jailed for contempt of court, Kim Davis and her supporters rallied after she was released from prison Tuesday afternoon.
But there are a few people who are not behind Davis and the group's use of a famous rallying song from the '80s.
Survivor's front man took to Facebook to voice his displeasure of the use of "Eye of the Tiger," Time reported.
Frankie Sullivan wrote that he and the group did not give Davis or presidential candidate Mike Huckabee permission to use the song.
Jim Peterik, the band's co-founder agreed on his Twitter account, saying he and the publisher will issue a cease and desist order.
Davis has refused to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples citing her beliefs as an apostolic Christian, ABC News reported.
She also will not step down from her job as Rowan County clerk and was jailed last week for contempt of court for not issuing the marriage licenses despite the Supreme Court ruling that legalized gay marriage.
She is expected to return to her job on Friday or Monday, The Associated Press reported.
Deputy clerks have been issuing licenses. If Davis instructs them to stop, deputy clerk Brian Mason said he would refuse, telling her that he must follow a federal judge's order to issue licenses.
If she interferes with the issuing of licenses, U.S. District Judge David Bunning said she could go back to jail, The AP reported.
