A spokesperson for Southwest said the plane made contact with the jet bridge but didn't say if it had sustained damage. The plane has been held aside for inspections and any possible repairs today.

There were no reports of any injuries and Boston 25 News was told no employees were on the plane or the jet bridge at the time.

A MassPort spokesperson said part of the Delta hangar's membrane was blown off in the wind. The hangar has a flexible material that covers the steel structure.

MassPort Spokesperson Jennifer Mehigan said it was initially unclear if the hangar issue would cause any logistical problems for Delta's flights.

The airport also had some trees blown into roadways, but Mehigan said those had been cleared by morning.
