Sabra is recalling certain hummus products over listeria concerns, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The affected products, including its classic, garlic and red pepper hummus, were made before Nov. 8 and have a "Best Before" date of Jan. 23, according to Sabra.
Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal symptoms, was found at the manufacturing facility but not in any of the products that were tested.
A complete list of affected products is available through the FDA and Sabra. The products were sold in grocery stores in Canada and the United States.
Sabra products not included in the recall are its organic hummus, salsa, guacamole and Greek yogurt dips.
Consumers with the impacted product should discard it. For reimbursement visit Sabra.
