Earlier this week, a pug named Lola absolutely lost her mind when she was reunited with her owner, Kate Witham. The pup was taken during a burglary in the UK and had surely been through a lot before police rescued her.
Luckily, the Essex Police managed to capture the reunion on camera and post it to their YouTube page.
The pure joy and excitement of this little pup is so cute it hurts to watch.
According to the police, the pug was likely taken by one of three people who broke into the owner's home. The dog was later recovered from the suspects.
Though the suspect thought to have taken the dog was eventually released, Witham is just happy to have her dog back.
“I had been so worried about Lola since she went missing, so when I got the call from the police I was over the moon," she was quoted as saying in the YouTube post. "As soon as I saw her, her little tail went into overdrive, and I instantly knew it was her. I am just so happy to have her back.”
