Voters both Democratic and Republican will be heading to the polls Tuesday, taking part in presidential primaries in five states that will yield 384 Democratic convention delegates and 172 Republican ones.
Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump hold leads in Pennsylvania, the state with the largest delegate count up for grabs Tuesday.
According to an NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll, Trump enjoys a 18-point lead in Pennsylvania with 45 percent of likely Republican voters saying they support him. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has 27 percent and John Kasich has 4 percent.

That poll was taken prior to Cruz and Kasich’s announcement Sunday that they will join together in the primaries following Tuesday’s contests to try to keep Trump from getting a majority of the delegates needed to win the Republican nomination for president outright.
For the Democrats, Clinton is ahead of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in Pennsylvania by 15 points, 55 percent to 40 percent, among likely Democratic voters.
