A Port Orange man, Florida, man is accused of punching an 80-year-old man who asked him to stop cursing and talking about women's private parts at a restaurant bar.
According to reports, the man was having dinner at Applebee's in Port Orange on Sunday night when he heard Mikie Sawyer, 26, repeatedly using expletives.
A police report states that Harry Sander told police that he walked over to Sawyer and politely asked him to stop using the expletive.
Sander then leaned in close to Sawyer and said, “In my Germany, you don’t speak in such a manner,” according to the report.
Sawyer said he didn't care and told the man to go to the other side of the bar. When the man didn't move, Sawyer punched him in the face and pushed him backward, knocking him down, police said.
