Two people were injured Sunday when a car collided with a moose in northern Minnesota, WCCO reported.
According to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office, the crash occurred at 11:15 p.m. near Bassett Township, which is located 60 miles north of Duluth.

The Dodge Neon, driven by Amaya Nelson, 17, of Georgia, was driving southbound when she collided with the moose, WDIO reported. Her passenger, Remington Delinger, 22, of Two Harbors, Minnesota, were taken to an area hospital, the television station reported.

Both suffered non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
Authorities did not reveal the condition of the moose.
