Organic frozen vegetables distributed to retailers nationwide have been recalled by the Food and Drug Administration.
CRF Frozen Foods is voluntarily recalling 15 frozen vegetable items sold between Sept. 13 and March 16 after a possible listeria contamination, the FDA said.
Listeria monocytogenes was found during routine testing in Ohio by state health officials.
No illnesses have been reported but the products are being recalled as a precaution.
The 15 recalled items include Wellsley Farms Organic green peas and mixed vegetables; Organic by Nature green peas; and Schwan's organic yellow and white cut corn. The complete list is available here.
Listeria can cause normally short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
