A paddleboarder in New Zealand recorded video of a very close encounter with a curious orca Monday.
Luke Reily was on his stand-up paddleboard when a large killer whale swam underneath the board and surfaced next to him. Reily used his GoPro to capture the amazing close call.
Reily says he has encountered orcas in the area before, but never this close.
