Cage diving in South Africa is a thing, and it can be pretty intense.
Just ask Hilary Rae (over her friend's screaming, if possible), who posted a video of her cage dive to YouTube earlier this week. In it, an 11.5-foot great white shark attacks their cell and even causes some damage to it by bending some parts and biting through others.
The video was shot with a GoPro Hero 4 (and horizontally too, thankfully), according to Rae's video description on YouTube.
She also says the shark was closer than the video shows, believe it or not.
