An Oklahoma mother got a welcome surprise from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, after a story she posted to her Facebook page garnered lots of attention.

Coty Vincent has a set of twins who are less than 1 year old. Vincent was recently at Enterprise picking up a rental car after hers was involved in a hit-and-run.

While there, she was touched by the actions of one employee.

Vincent said she doesn’t own a double stroller, so she always has to hold one of her 11-month-old twins. An employee named John was working behind the desk, and told her he also has a twin sister.

The employee offered to hold one of the babies while Vincent filled out the paperwork. She snapped a photo of the moment and posted it to her Facebook page Wednesday.

"One of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met," she wrote. "We need more people like John who go the extra step. Be a John."

The post caught the attention of Enterprise, and the company reached out to Vincent with a surprise, presenting her with a much-needed double stroller.

"We're so proud of all our team members who help take care of our customers each day by going the extra mile," Enterprise wrote in a Facebook post.

Vincent said the surprise meant a lot to her.

Enterprise said they will also be recognizing John for going the extra mile.
