The woman said the bats appeared last fall and began crawling out of tiny holes in her ceiling and would fly through bedrooms.

The woman told KIRO 7 that she called apartment management and did not get an immediate response, so she called animal control, Fish and Wildlife and even Bellevue Code Enforcement and that is when apartment management responded. A foam sealant was put into the ceiling gaps.

The woman said she, her special needs daughter and cat were attacked by the bats and are going through painful vaccination treatments.
