Somebody should have taken a Kentucky's man saddle earlier this week.
We already know drinking and driving can get you arrested. It turns out, drinking and riding a horse can also get you booked into jail.
40-year-old Michael Kimmel learned that lesson the hard way, after riding a horse on U.S. Route 23. The Floyd County Times reports Kimmel was intoxicated.
Police were able to catch up with Kimmel, but he wasn't ready to stop.
Instead, he got off the horse and began to run. He was said to be wearing only a hat, boots, and jeans.
Police ended finding his clothes on the back porch of his home.
WKYT reports Kimmel was eventually taken into custody, in the community of Justel.
He faces counts of fleeing or evading police and driving under the influence. Kimmel is also on probation for a burglary charge.
