Man charged after giving 'wet willy' to 4-year-old

A Connecticut man is facing charges of reckless endangerment after he allegedly gave a “wet willy” to a 4-year-old boy.
The incident happened in the waiting room of a business where the boy sat playing with his mother, WFSB reported.

That's when police said 34-year-old Michael Migani stuck his finger in his mouth and then stuck it in the child's ear.
The mother and the business's staff confronted Migani, but he ran and fled in a vehicle, WFSB reported.
He was later stopped by Shelton police and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.
