Country music icon Loretta Lynn is still in recovery mode after injuring her chest in a terrible fall. As a result, she’s been forced to postpone all of her remaining concerts through the month of September.

Those canceled show dates were to take place on Sept 23-24 at Gruene Hall in New Braunsfels, Texas.

Venue officials first made the announcement via Facbook on Tuesday. Representatives from Gruene Hall stated in the message that they are, “currently working to find a replacement date” for the concert, and “in the meantime tickets will be refunded at [the buyers] point of purchase.”

In a previous report, Rare Country shared that the incident happened on Aug. 30. About a week later, a doctors note on Lynn's official website revealed to fans that she had to undergo minor surgery and was advised to "stay off the road until she's made a full recovery."

Thus far, Lynn has had to cancel a string of gigs, which include her annual Labor Day show at her ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee and an appearance at the Grande Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennesse.

Despite her injury, Lynn has no intention of slowing down. Earlier this year, she dropped her first studio album of 12 years, titled “Full Circle.” And, on Oct. 7, she’ll release her first holiday album of 50 years called “White Christmas Blue.” Following that release she is scheduled to perform on Oct. 8 in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
