Doing the office doughnut run Friday? Then you'll want to head to your local Krispy Kreme.

The doughnut store is celebrating its birthday with a dozen of its original doughnuts for only 78 cents.

But there is a catch, you have to buy a dozen doughnuts at regular price to get the second original glazed for less than a buck.

The first dozen will cost you about $8 depending on location. The average cost of the individual doughnuts in the two-dozen deal will be about 37 cents each, Clark Howard reported.
