While conservative columnist and political pundit George Will is not saying who he is going to support in this year's election, he made it clear it won't be presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Will, who also serves as a Fox News contributor, has switched his political affiliation from Republican to unaffiliated, according to PJ Media.

He made the switch on his voter registration card in Maryland a few weeks ago and discussed his political party change at the Federalist Society, a conservative group, event Friday.

Will said House Speaker Paul Ryan's endorsement of Trump aided in his decision to leave.

Will urged others not to support Trump, even if it leads to a Democratic win.

"Make sure he loses. Grit their teeth for four years and win the White House," Will told PJ Media. This is not my party."
