Florida man kills someone on his way to murder another, police say

A Florida man was on his way to murder someone when a pair of headlights enraged him, leading to a detour and a different murder, police said.
Clarck Paul, 28, of Pompano Beach, was on a mission to kill a witness in a murder investigation in which he was was a suspect when he became enraged over bright headlights from an oncoming vehicle while driving in Pompano Beach on Saturday, The Miami Herald reported.
Police said Paul shot Carlos Javier Francisco Senluis, 25, because the headlights made him angry. Senluis was taken to a hospital, where he died. A passenger was not injured.
Paul continued with his original plan, shooting Lamont Smalls, 22, as Smalls sat outside his house, police said. Smalls died later at a hospital.
Paul was arrested on multiple charges, including murder.
