Brunswick County sheriff's spokeswoman Emily Flax said McDow was bailed out at 12:45 a.m. Friday.

Prosecutors said Marie Holmes, a Powerball winner and McDow's fiancée, paid Loftin Bail Bonding to post McDow's bond.

McDow was arrested for violating term of his pretrial release on drug-related charges.

Holmes previously bailed out McDow last year, using her lottery winnings to pay his $3 million bond.

Holmes was one of three Powerball winners last February.
