A man wants drivers to slow down on a stretch of road where he says the 25 mph speed limit is ignored. So he bought a radar gun.
John Jugila is fed up with the speeding in his Pittsburgh neighborhood where he was clocking drivers at nearly 60 mph Friday.
“I've called the mayor's office three times about speeding out here," he said. "No one's showed up to do anything about it."
Jugila said he just wants to feel safe where he lives.
He said he’s seen at least two accidents in front of his home this year.
