The Duchess of Cambridge "is in the early stages of labour" with her second child, according to the Kensington Palace Twitter account and BBC.

Princess Kate is at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital with the Duke of Cambrdige, according to a Twitter announcement from the verified account.

She was admitted to the hospital at 6:00 a.m. London time, which is 1 a.m. on the East Coast in America.
