Devon Still's daughter, Leah, became an inspiration for people across the nation when she handled her cancer diagnosis bravely.

On Thanksgiving she and her dad visited the hospital for a check up on her fight, and there was much for their family to be thankful for.

In an Instagram post, her father says Leah's latest scans showed "no evidence of disease."

Her smile certainly looks as if she's happy and healthy.
