Delta woes continue: With 1,000 flights canceled and nearly 3,000 delayed, Delta Air Lines continues to work to get travelers where they need to be following a computer outage that closed the carrier down Monday. 2. Benghazi parents sue: The parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, two men killed when the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was attacked, have sued Hillary Clinton. Freedom Watch on Monday filed the suit on behalf of Patricia Smith and Charles Woods. The suit claims that the use of a private email server contributed to the attacks and their children's deaths. The suit also claims that Clinton defamed them.
3. Cold War redux: Olympic swimmer Lilly King had a few words to say about Russian swimmer Yulia Efimova on Sunday, offended that Efimova waved her finger in a Number 1 gesture after winning a qualifying heat on Sunday night. King called out Efimova, saying, "You're shaking your finger No. 1, and you've been caught for drug cheating. I'm just not a fan. I'm going to go swim my heart out for USA and hopefully that turns out the best." It did on Monday night as King beat Efimova for the Gold Medal in the 100 meters breaststroke. The Olympics continue Tuesday from Rio.
4. Water slide death: A 10-year-old boy found dead at the end of a ride on a water slide died of neck injuries according to authorities. The boy, Caleb Schwab died after going down the 168-foot "Verruckt" slide at a Kansas waterpark. Caleb was riding the slide with two women who are not related to him, police said. The two women were slightly injured. Caleb was found dead in the pool at the end of the slide.
5. Ryan's primary: U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan faces a primary challenge for his congressional seat on Tuesday. The race, which most believe Ryan, (R-Wisc.), will easily win, gained more attention than usual when Donald Trump refused until last week to endorse Ryan. Polling companies have put Ryan some 66 points ahead of his challenger, Paul Nehlen.

Two long-time "Saturday Night Live" players will not be returning to the show this season. NBC has confirmed that Taran Killam and Jay Pharoah are no longer on the weekly sketch show. Pharoah was known for playing President Obama. Killam portrayed Matthew McConaughey on the show. Both had been on the show for six years.
