Original post: A Florida animal shelter dog is hoping her adorable dance moves will land her a forever home.

Ginger Rogers is a 1-year-old pup that was picked up as a stray near Oak Ridge Road and John Young Parkway. She has tested heartworm positive which is a curable condition, but can deter potential adopters.

A video uploaded to Orange County Animal Services's Facebook page on Wednesday by shelter worker Crystal Kincaid shows Ginger dancing back and forth on her hind legs. The video has already received more than 47,000 views.

Ginger's due out date is February 17. Her adoption fee has also been waived to help the family that takes her in offset the cost of heartworm medicine.
