His name is Kevin and no matter what's going on, his eyes are wide and his ears are up.
Why does he look like he's just seen something unexpected?
Kevin's owner told the Telegraph that he has a serious condition called hydrocephalus, or fluid on the brain.
It can affect hearing, sight and brain function.
Kevin and his owner were brought together when he was about four months old.
He wasn't expected to live more than six months, but he has survived more than 4 years.
