Armed robbers hit Waffle House, only take menu

Two men unsuccessfully attempted to rob a Waffle House in Huber Heights, Ohio, early Tuesday – and left with nothing but a menu.
Units were dispatched shortly after 4 a.m. to the restaurant after workers reported the attempted robbery.
Police said the one of the robbers displayed a handgun but fled the store without any cash. Workers reported the only item taken was a restaurant menu.
Officers said the two got into a blue or black Mercury car driven by a woman and were able to flee the area before officers arrived.
No injuries were reported in the incident, which remains under investigation by Huber Heights Police.
