An Arizona man is accused of sending nude photographs of himself to female real estate agents, authorities said.

Jay Cameron Leonard, 55, of Mesa, was arrested Dec. 3 and was charged with eight counts of computer tampering, according to Maricopa County court records.

According to the Gilbert Police Department, Leonard used several cellphones to text unsolicited nude photos of himself in April to the women, who lived in Gilbert, Chandler and Los Angeles, KNXV reported.

Police said they identified two victims in Chandler, two in Gilbert, one in Mesa and one in California, KTVK reported. Investigators said the majority of texts were accompanied by a message that said, "Hello gorgeous," or "Hello beautiful," accompanied by a blowing kiss emoji, the television station reported.

According to police, Leonard admitted sending the photos, KTVK reported. It is unclear how Leonard obtained the women's cellphone numbers, but investigators believe he found them through "public advertisements for business-related matters," the television station reported.

Since then, Georgia has experienced a boom of data centers, which require a large load of electricty to run, and Georgia Power's recent forecast shows peak demand growing by 20 times the 400-megawatt estimate from just three years ago.
