Cook
that he has used the AirPods without any problems. He added that he has used them on the treadmill and danced with them in his ears
The new AirPods received some criticism following the Apple announcement last week because of their size and price point -- $159.

on how they may get lost following the release:
- Dropping them on the ground and losing them
- Crushing them accidentally while walking after dropping them
- Sitting on them
- Falling out while running
Conan O'Brien even poked fun at the AirPods by recreating an Apple-like commercial where they fall out when users dance vigorously (Note: contains some explict language).
Some recent reviews seem to dispel the idea that the wireless headphones will fall out of your ears.
said he's been testing them for a week:
"I've been using the AirPods since Apple first announced them last Wednesday, and I've put them through their paces. Don't worry. They won't fall out."
He did note that they could be lost because they are smaller.
