Donald Trump won a whopping seven states during Tuesday's Super Tuesday primary, largely locking up the GOP nomination in the eyes of most political pundits and experts.
Shortly after landing the first five wins, Trump held a briefing for the press, where he was introduced by former candidate and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
While Trump was his usual bombastic self, it was Christie's facial expressions as he stood behind Trump that won the internet Tuesday night - spawning the hashtag, #freeChrisChristie.
Others though he just looked confused.
Lots of viewers joked that Christie just realized he made a mistake by endorsing Trump.
Or maybe he made some sort of deal with the devil.
Was he was crying out for help?
Lots of people just felt sorry for Christie and all his life choices to this point.
Maybe he was just thinking about pizza.
