Operations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport are back to normal.

Lingering fog dropped visibility to .13 mile at the airport late Friday morning, leading to delays for arriving and departing flights.

The fog had lifted a bit by noon, when the visibility was more than 1 mile, but the Federal Aviation Administration reported delays just after noon averaging 15 to 30 minutes for both inbound and outbound flights.

The fog, while dense, was patchy across metro Atlanta, with DeKalb-Peachtree Airport reporting 3 miles of visibility and Fulton County Airport reporting visibility of 5 miles at noon.

Just before 3 p.m., the FAA reported no more delays.
