Man found shot to death near Clayton County hospital
A man was found shot to death in Riverdale near Southern Regional Medical Center on Sunday evening, according to Clayton County police.
The man, whose identity was not released, was located just after 8 p.m. near the intersection of Roy Huie and Westbury roads, Clayton police spokesman Officer Jordan Parrish said in a news release. Officers found the body in an area that borders a parking lot on the hospital campus.
The man had been shot multiple times, Parrish said. No other details were released, but the investigation is ongoing.
